Different Tides

There’s trouble with a setting like Facebook. Everyone wants to put their best face on Facebook ..their happy pictures, their proudest moments, their greatest achievements. And that’s one of the main purposes of Facebook no problem with that. But what you do if you are out of sync with many of your friends and family? in other words you’re going through adversity during times when they seem almost ridiculously happy in comparison. Seeing so many people in your feed posting beautiful perfect fabulous wonderfully balanced lives… And you do rejoice with them in part, because that is what friends do, and you are now back in world and able to support your friends and family and rejoice with them during good times… but honestly most of the time their happiness compared to whatever it is you’re going thru on any given day just makes you want to throw up.
