    That’s exactly the problem. The people with the most experience with the system as it is and the largest personal stake in the outcome of the debate have far too little a voice, no ability to set the agenda of debate, and therefore, no meaningful participation. It’s all the same people deciding what’s best.

    I know this isn’t a “heywow” insight, but it pisses me off nonetheless. How can social media be better used to demonstrate a constituency that must be listened to, understood, included in decision-making?
